New Zealand, Marlborough. A zesty New Zealand Sauvignon that’s filled with
gooseberry and tropical fruits flavours. Dry, crisp and refreshing.
England, Devon. An off-dry and aromatic wine with explosive tropical fruit aromas of green melon/ lychee / passionfruit and elderflower cordial. The palate is delicately sweet upfront but perfectly balanced throughout with a laser-like acidity. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel at 13 degrees, then chilled to just above zero to stop the ferment and retain some natural residual grape sugar and elevate the aromatic profile of the wine.

France, Languedoc. From renowned producer Moulin de Gassac in collaboration with Wanderlust Wines. It has a bright red colour and a nose of sweet spices and red summer berries. The palate is juicy and fresh, with a savoury backbone and well-balanced tannins and acidity.
Italy, Campania. With an intense ruby red colour, hints of berries and red flowers emerge on the nose, with a spicy hint of pepper and light notes of hay. Long finish and juicy texture that release freshness and a pleasant tannic texture. Organic, biodynamic, natural. Aglianico & Sangiovese.
Argentina, Mendoza. Dark ruby colour, red fruits, black cherries, blackberries and currants on the nose. Full bodied, the palate is concentrated with good acidity and a creamy vanilla spice structure with Mocha flavours coming through, a red wine with real elegance. 12 months in first oak barrels followed by at least 12 months in bottle before release.

Italy, Veneto. A delicate, off- dry fruity sparkling wine, which has a bright appley finish.
England, Devon. An energetic wine with a lively spritz. This wine is unfiltered and unfined and contains the lees in the bottle. Col Fondo means 'with the bottom' in Italian, referring to the leftover lees sediment.
This wine is light and spritzy with green apple, lemon rind & elderflower.
England, Exeter. Pale straw gold with exceptionally fine champagne-like bubbles. The unique Sandstone geology of the Exe valley is at the forefront of this bright, vibrant cider, where prominent sandstone minerality and salinity combine with red apple skin, honey and beeswax.
France, Loire Valley. White flowers, pear and green apples are complimented by delicious brioche notes.
England, Devon. Rose gold hue, a nose of red cherry, cranberry, raspberry and grapefruit, with a hint of caramelised pastry.
England, Dorset. A Chardonnay dominant cuvée which is citrus led, with mineral & saline notes, suited to all occasions; particularly in the spring & summer months. The Corallian drinks equally well on its own or particularly with fish dishes.
France, Champagne. A blend of over 77 crus sourced from all the great terroirs of Champagne. Fresh & fine with richness coming from aging on lees for a minimum of 20 months.

England, Devon. There's never a bad time to drink rosé, and this one is packed with aromas of redcurrant, raspberry and strawberry as a result of the hot 2022 summer! The palate is dry and fruity with an abundance of red berry fruit flavours and a lifted acidity.
Italy, Campania. Skin-contact white wine with a golden yellow colour and aromas of tropical fruit, jasmine and acacia flowers. A fresh palate is supported by a firm and well-structured body. The result is a versatile and gastronomic wine, which aims to be a natural and lively expression of the Sessa Aurunca volcanic territory.
England, Devon. A complex and textured 'orange wine' made with 100% skin-contact Pinot Gris and produced with minimal intervention from start to finish. The nose has layered aromas of ruby grapefruit, white strawberry, and orange peel, with raspberry and sour stone fruit flavours on the palate.
France, Rhone Valley. Château Saint Cyrgues is organically farmed in the southernmost vineyard in the Rhone Valley. Ten days on skins, this Grenache Blanc has aromas of ripe peach, floras, and citrus.
Italy, Abruzzo. Produced from 100% Montepulciano grapes from 35 year old vines. A blending of two wine parcels, one fermented in steel and the other in French Oak. Only 1000 bottles produced. Bottled without filtration or clarification.

France, Cotes de Gascogne. Crisp yet complex, overlaid
with a gorgeous acacia/pink grapefruit bouquet. On the palate there are hints
of greengage and grapefruit, with a touch of lime, and a superb long, rich
finish.
New Zealand, Nelson. Bursting with aromas of passionfruit, pear, citrus leaf and sea salt. With luscious tropical flavours and freshness.
Italy, Sicily. An organic Pinot Grigio with aromas of pear, lemon zest, and yellow apple. The wine is crisp with a juicy acidity and clean finish.
Cotes du Roussillon, France. This formidable Macabeo, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino blend is cool-fermented to help accentuate the wine's enticing fruity freshness; a floral bouquet and a complex flavour.
Germany, Pfalz. Off dry, fantastically expressive peach flavours, balanced by a pristine acidity, followed through with a hint of apricot and a fresh core of citrus. Prolonged finish with subtle mineral notes.
England, Devon. A ripe and fruit-driven white made from Madeleine Angevine with a touch of Pinot Blanc. The nose is dominated with white peach pear, yellow apple and lemon thyme. The palate is fruity and rounded with a subtle touch of spice on the finish. This easy-drinking wine truly expresses the unique South Devon climate with every sip.
France, Languedoc Roussillon. Light lemon-green in colour, crisp, youthful and full of fresh citrus fruit flavours, accented with subtle hints of fennel, green pepper and lime zest.

USA, Oregon. This superb wine starts you off with light citrus & spice notes that combine with apple and exotic fruit. Largely aged in used French oak, the palate has wonderful brightness and a silky texture. The finish is wonderfully long and generous with some gentle almond notes. Esoteric and outstanding, it reminds us of a sunny spring day; light on its feet, refreshing and effortless.
France, Burgundy. Rich and round with hints of grilled almonds amongst the buttery fruit and the classic mineral tones

USA, California. Dark fruit undertones of blackberry, plum, and cherry, it has a spicy aroma with notes of vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. The grapes for this wine are sourced from 50-100 year old vines.
France, Beaujolais. Heady floral aromas. A juicy palate of Morello cherries and black forest gateaux.
Chile, Colchagua. On the nose, ripe red fruits with notes of black pepper and hints on tobacco. On the palate, powerful, yet soft, it is round with firm tannins, that lead to an excellent and very long finish.

McLaren Vale, Australia. Paxton are a biodynamic estate, so bees are able to thrive in the environment of their vineyards which are home to many bee hives. A blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo, Mataro & Grenache to give a harmonious, medium bodied, soft and juicy mouth feel.
Italy, Sardinia. An aromatic bouquet, defined by scents of mulberry, coffee powder and granite, along with scents of rosemary, olives and myrtle. Savoury tones and delicate tannic texture. Fermented in concrete with no additives. Unfiltered and aged in Oak.
Argentina, Mendoza. Full bodied, the palate is concentrated with good acidity and a creamy vanilla spice structure with Mocha flavours coming through, a red wine with real elegance. 12 months in first oak barrels followed by at least 12 months in bottle before release.
France, Bordeaux. Classic right bank Bordeaux, this is fruit-forward and full bodied with a silky finish. Nicely integrated oak and smooth tannins makes this very drinkable.
France Côtes du Rhone. Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe. The bouquet is expressive with ripe, black fruits and a touch of herbs. The palate is stunning, tightly structured with black fruits and fine tannins.
France, Bordeaux. A soft wine with attractive berry fruit, smoky acidity and sweet juicy flavours. Tertiary notes of leather and tobacco show great balance, and well-integrated tannins and a delicious ripe finish, with lots of earthy undertones. A fabulous example of a prestigious Pomerol red.
